These yarn cups have a flattened area down the side instead of a foot so it will sit steady on a table or nestle nicely amongst the cushions. Inside the bowl is a dark, rich glaze so smooth that no strand of fiber can snag or get caught. This inside surface offsets the mesmerising, unglazed outside surface of the bowl. Thus exposing the soothing marbled clays these bowls are made from.
